Walden is one of Calgary's newer SE communities — a master-planned neighbourhood south of Legacy and east of Fish Creek Estates, developed from around 2010 onward. Walden homes range from smaller townhomes to larger detached properties, and a growing percentage have irrigation systems installed with new builds or added by homeowners after purchase. J.G. Irrigation is active in Walden for installation, blowouts, and service.
Walden Calgary Irrigation — 2026 Pricing
| Service | Walden Typical |
|---|---|
| sprinkler winterization blowout | $90-$110 (6-8 zone typical Walden home) |
| spring startup | $75-$100 |
| New installation | $4,000-$6,500 for standard Walden lot |
Walden's location in the deep SE means easy access from our Chaparral, Legacy, and Cranston service routes. Walden homeowners without irrigation systems are ideal candidates for new installation — newer homes with fresh sod benefit enormously from proper irrigation in Calgary's dry summers.
